Snickerdoodle Cookie is our unique take on a warm cinnamon snickerdoodle cookie. We started with a layer of uniquely crafted snickerdoodle cookie batter gelato, followed by cinnamon cookie pieces, a layer of indulgent snickerdoodle cookie batter (reminiscent of sneaking cookie dough from the bowl at home!), creamy Madagascan vanilla gelato, and a fifth layer of cinnamon cookie pieces.
