Made with oat milk, our new Double Cookie Crunch Gelato is 100% dairy free. The recipe is a fresh take on cookies & crème, mixing in both chocolate cookie pieces and swirls of sugar cookie crumbs into a vanilla gelato.

MADE WITH OAT MILK

When creating the perfect non-dairy gelato, we wanted to match the smooth decadent texture of our dairy gelatos, while highlighting the incredible taste of our new star ingredients: oat milk. Oat milk has been embraced by non-dairy consumers for its creamy texture and full-bodied mouthfeel. Since the subtle flavor of oat milk can be overpowered by strong flavors, Blueberry Crumble and Double Cookie Crunch are inspired by the toasty aroma of a warm dessert fresh from the oven.
