We began with cold brew gelato made with fair trade Brazilian and Colombian coffee beans and sprinkled in dark chocolate chunks. From there, we added vanilla gelato, a chocolate coffee sauce and finally traditional Italian Amaretti Cookies for a unique Talenti twist.
