THE FIRST-EVER VANILLA BEAN DIRTY MARTINI SUNDAE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Madagascan Vanilla Bean Gelato
- 2 oz Gin Spiked Dirty Brine Honey Sauce*
- 1-2 oz Blue Cheese Crumble
- Lemon Zest
- 1-3 Castelvetrano Olives
*For a non-alcoholic version, replace the gin-spiked dirty honey brine with 2 oz Dirty Brine Honey Sauce.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Starting with the gelato, add two scoops into a martini glass or the Talenti container.
- Drizzle honey sauce and crumbled blue cheese on top and garnish with lemon zest and olives.
TO MAKE THE HONEY BRINE SAUCE:
- add 1 1⁄2 cup clover honey,
- 1 1⁄2 oz olive brine,
- 1 1⁄2 oz London dry gin,
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt,
- 1 tsp olive oil into a food processor and blend until smooth.
