IRISH COFFEE GELATO SUNDAE

INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces Cold brew coffee
- 1.5 ounces Whiskey
- 3 tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
- Talenti Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato
- Talenti Cold Brew Coffee Sorbetto
DIRECTIONS
- In a cocktail shaker combine 4 ounces of cold brew coffee and 1.5 ounces of whiskey. Shake gently until combined. Set aside.
- Add the heavy cream to a cup and whip until thickened. Set aside.
- In a mug add one scoop of Talenti Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato and one scoop of Talenti Cold Brew Coffee Sorbetto.
- Pour the coffee mixture over the top.
- Pour the thickened whipping over the back of a spoon on top of the cocktail. This will help to keep the cream from sinking too much
- Serve immediately
